    Here is an idea well worth mentioning.  I learned the hard way  that you can run short on power before the end of the day if you have different kinds of cordless tools that can't exchange battery packs.

     If you get all Dewalt cordless tools you can exchange packs with other tools that use the same voltage.  Usually each tool comes with a battery pack plus you can order some extra packs and keep them charging while your working.

     Get extra Battery Packs too and you can charge more than one pack at the same time when the action really gets hot.

     I used to cut out a lot of water damaged wood and that takes a lot of power and a lot of cutting.  Also you can't see old nails and end up cutting right through them.  The carbide blades for skill saws really help with that problem.
