dependable and gets the job done., July 2, 2003
Reviewer: S. Bradford "scottfbradford"
I have used this tool to demo a flagstone/concrete patio
and about 80 feet of sidewalk. I first tried the
sledgehammer/prybar route, but that was too slow and
tiresome. I got the job done by myself in less than 8
hours with this tool. It is quieter than gas/air powered
hammers, but I still wore ear protection. It is easy to
operate and not very fatiguing-the most tiring part is
picking it up and setting it down. It is heavy, but I
could lift it into the trunk of my car by myself. With 2
people lifting it is a breeze and the cart makes
transporting it very easy. I ran it hard all day and it
never complained- and this was a pretty beat up rental
tool. I highly recommend this tool if electricity is
available-it is much more convenient than gas and
compressed air hammers. Plus it is powerful and durable
enough for all but the biggest demolition jobs.

Another good deal from toolcrib, January 11, 2006
Reviewer: Christopher Brunamonte
I bought this before Home Depot and everyone else started
carrying them. Still a better deal @ toolcrib. I bought it
to abandone my concrete septic tank and it worked
perfectly. It only took about two hours to break up the
lid, jump down inside, poke some holes in the bottom and
finish crushing the lid into relatively small chunks. I
have many more projects planned for it and I have to say
it was worth it.

OK if it's all you have, October 25, 2004
Reviewer: Ron "Tool Geek"
I am a former Union laborer, and I have done some demo in
my day. This hammer while easy to use is ah, shall we say
gutless, I mean this thing has no balls. If you only have
a little bit to do, or your inside, it is better then a
electric demo hammer, but do not even begin to think that
this thing packs the same punch as a pneumatic hammer. But
it is easier to use and much better inside for light work

Not that scary!, December 14, 2003
Reviewer: "portobilly"
Recently, I have to do a tought plumbing job. I was
worried if I was going to be able to jack-hammered a 4
inch concrete floor. We went to a tool rental place and
got the Bosch Brute Hammer. In the beginning I thought "is
going to be a scary kind of job". But I was wrong. In a
few hours I was able to complete the whole job. The
vibration was not bad after all. It is not a tool that I
need on a daily basis, but is was a good help for me that
day. Also, the hand truck was great with all the tools
orderly in place.
